Pvt. Ltd. and thank you for your interest in our vision
of building a cleaner, more sustainable energy future
for Nepal.
As Nepal's economy continues to grow, the demand for
reliable, affordable, and environmentally responsible

become a cornerstone of sustainable development, and
we believe solar power will play a vital role in
strengthening the nation's energy security while
protecting our environment for future generations.

world-class renewable energy projects that combine
advanced technology, sound engineering, responsible
environmental practices, and operational excellence.
Our flagship 10 MW AC Baidehi Solar PV Project in
Chandrapur, Rautahat, reflects our commitment to
delivering clean electricity that supports Nepal's
national grid, promotes sustainable economic growth,
and contributes to the country's long-term renewable
energy goals.
Our success is founded on the values of integrity,
sustainability, innovation, excellence, safety, and
partnership. We believe lasting success is achieved
through collaboration with government agencies,
investors, financial institutions, technical partners,
local communities, and all stakeholders who share our
commitment to a sustainable future.
As Chairman, I am proud of the dedication and
professionalism of our team, whose expertise and
passion continue to drive our progress. Together, we
are building more than a solar power project—we are
helping create a resilient energy future that delivers
lasting environmental, economic, and social value.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I sincerely thank
our shareholders, investors, business partners,
